Key Responsibilities

Carry out final inspections of finished products in line with procedures and quality standards.

Perform sampling inspections according to established methods to verify product compliance before storage or shipment.

Prepare Factory Inspection Reports and maintain accurate quality documentation.
-
Plan inspection schedules based on shipment timelines and production plans.
-
Apply inspection seals to approved products and coordinate with production and warehouse teams.
-
Tag nonconforming products issue Nonconformance Reports and notify the Quality Engineer for verification.
-
Identify and categorize nonconforming items oversee rework processes and verify reworked products through re-inspection.
-
Collect analyze and report inspection data to the Quality Section Head.

Maintain and organize all inspection-related records and documentation.
-
Ensure proper care calibration and spot checks of QA instruments and equipment.
-
Uphold 5S standards and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the inspection area.
Job Requirements
-
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
-
At least 3 years experience in final product inspection or a related QC role.
-
Proficiency in defect detection use of common measuring tools (calipers micrometers) and MS Office applications (Excel Word etc.).
-
Strong attention to detail responsibility and ability to work independently.
-
Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin; knowledge of Malay is an added advantage for cross-team and vendor coordination.
Working Hours:
- 5.5 Days (Monday - Friday) 8am - 5pm (Saturday) 8am-12pm
