Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Products Support Engineer to deliver Tier 2 technical support across its cloud offerings (IaaS PaaS SaaS). This role is critical in ensuring customer success through expert troubleshooting collaboration with internal teams and maintaining high system reliability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2 support for cloud infrastructure networking storage and compute services
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues with precision and speed
- Collaborate with engineering development and business teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify risks
- Document support cases solutions and operational procedures
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
- Train customers and internal teams on cloud product usage
- Assist in testing and validating new cloud services and updates
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
- Thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
- 2 years of experience in cloud support or systems engineering
- Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware KVM Proxmox)
- Proficient in Linux and Windows server administration
- Familiarity with cloud-native tools (Docker Kubernetes OpenStack Terraform Ansible)
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and ITIL practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
- Eagerness to learn and explore new technologies
- Good communication skills in English
