We are looking for a fluent Czech speaker to join our award-winning team. This is your chance to become the crucial link between global travellers and their dream holidays. Your Key Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact you will be the friendly voice that transforms travel worries into peace of mind. Your mission will be to:
- Be the first point of contact for world-class accommodation partners handling queries on modifications availability and digital tools with precision.
- Answer incoming communications conducting thorough research to provide accurate and timely solutions that ensure an exceptional partner experience.
- Use your product knowledge and our advanced tools to resolve issues effectively making you the difference between an average and a memorable interaction.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Required: Fluency in Czech and English (both written and spoken).
- A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and explain new software and processes.
- A resident of or the ability to immediately relocate to Athens Greece and gain work authorization expediently.
- The most important quality: a naturally caring and supportive nature that shines through in every customer interaction.
