Job Description
Role: Travel Experience Advisor (Czech Speaking)
Location: Athens Greece
Type: Full-time (40h/week)
Start Date: October 2025
Looking for a chance to turn your love for travel and languages into a meaningful career Our client is seeking a Czech-speaking professional with strong English skills to join their Travel Experience team in Athens. This role supports one of the worlds most trusted travel platforms helping customers and accommodation partners create seamless travel experiences.
What Youll Be Doing
In this role youll be the friendly first point of contact for Czech-speaking travelers and partners. Your mission will be to make every interaction smooth and stress-free whether youre:
- Responding to incoming calls chats or emails from travelers.
- Researching and solving issues before they escalate.
- Assisting accommodation partners with updates to rooms rates or availability.
- Providing accurate detailed answers using internal tools and resources.
- Ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive impression of the brand.
What You Bring
- Fluency in Czech and English (spoken and written).
- A high school diploma (or equivalent).
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Tech-savvy skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- A positive empathetic and solution-oriented mindset.
- Readiness to relocate to Athens (relocation support provided).
