Community Engagement Administrator

We are seeking to appoint an experienced full-time Community Engagement Administrator to support the Enrolment and Community Engagement Team in creating better connections with our greater community.

Your Role:
Assist with delivering key events such as Open Days expos and tours while providing administrative and project support to the Community Engagement Manager.
Help manage enrolment enquiries input information into our database ensuring a warm and professional experience for prospective families from first contact to commencement.
Provide front-of-house support including reception coverage overflow calls and first aid assistance maintaining a welcoming and courteous presence.
Maintain online platform community memberships and assist with College communications promotional materials and event coordination to better foster strong community connections.
About You:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at interview a personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with that faith including an active commitment to a Christian fellowship as well as the following skills and experience:
