Role Overview

As an Independent Sales Rep youll be responsible for generating new business opportunities with companies in need of recruiting services. This is a 1099 contractor position with commission-only compensationideal for entrepreneurial professionals who thrive on building relationships and earning uncapped income.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach (calls emails LinkedIn).
Present and promote our recruiting services to HR leaders hiring managers and executives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate agreements and close new business.
Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

Proven success in sales business development or account management.
Experience selling recruiting staffing HR or B2B services preferred (not required).
Self-motivated and able to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
Excellent communication networking and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results.
