Description

The Department of Hematology and Medical Oncology seeks an MD and/or PhD-trained basic investigator to originate and conduct basic research projects with a focus on cancer immunology and metabolism. This position will collaborate with members of a multi-disciplinary team growing and developing as a scholar under the mentorship of senior faculty members with the intent to establish an independent program. They will prepare and submit proposals for peer-reviewed research funding publish findings in competitive peer-reviewed journals and make presentations at (inter)national society meetings. This individual will mentor students residents and fellows and give periodic lectures.

NOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
