- Drive strategic business decisions by uncovering insights from complex datasets
- Work alongside a talented team to develop and deploy production-ready machine learning models
- Get hands-on with the latest AI tools and technologies in a supportive forward-thinking environment
Responsibilities
- Develop test and implement predictive and classification models
- Analyze and visualize data trends to guide business strategies
- Prepare and wrangle large datasets for analysis
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust ML pipelines
- Communicate your findings to both technical and non-technical teams
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests) to validate solutions
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest in ML/AI
Required Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist with a Masters degree in a quantitative field
- Strong in Python SQL NumPy Pandas Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch
- Skilled in data analysis machine learning hypothesis testing and data visualization
- Great communicator who can translate complex findings into actionable insights
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Spark Hadoop Databricks or cloud ML platforms (AWS Azure GCP)
- Familiarity with Tableau Power BI or Matplotlib/Seaborn
- Exposure to finance healthcare e-commerce or manufacturing
- Knowledge of MLOps and lifecycle management
