knows how to hunt for opportunities build powerful relationships and turn them into

revenue. This is not a sit-back-and-manage role its about driving action creating

winwin deals and building a scalable partnership engine. If you thrive on results this role

What Youll Do

Prospect like a pro spot complementary businesses that serve our clients (fintech HR

tech benefits accounting SaaS).

Open doors and build relationships with decision-makers at the right companies.

Negotiate and close high-impact deals: referral partnerships resellers co-marketing

integrations.

Keep partners engaged and producing track performance and maximize ROI.

What Were Looking For

5-10 years crushing it in business development partnerships or sales.

Track record of finding negotiating and closing revenue-driving partnerships.

Confident negotiator and communicator who can win trust fast.

Comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot Salesforce etc.) to keep pipeline moving.

Industry experience in payroll HR tech fintech SaaS or adjacent B2B space is a bonus.

How Well Measure Success (First 12 Months)

Build a pipeline of qualified partners ready to engage.

Sign and launch 35 game-changing partnerships.

Deliver measurable revenue impact through referrals co-marketing or integrations.

Create a repeatable playbook that sets us up for long-term scale.
