My client is looking for a Customer Solutions Representative to help customers with product questions orders and technical support. Youll be the go-to resource for creating solutions building trust and supporting long-term relationships.
What youll do:
Be the first point of contact for customers by phone email and chat.
Handle orders returns billing and product inquiries.
Recommend solutions and help design customer-specific thermal applications.
Troubleshoot issues and partner with engineering and sales to improve service.
Contribute to sales growth through upselling and strong customer support.
What we are looking for:
2 years in customer service sales support or technical support.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain solutions clearly.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in technical products training provided.
