Job Description
As an Outside Sales you will promote residential products to dealers contractors and building owners with HVAC equipment choices. You will be responsible for developing new business as well as strengthening existing customer relationships. This position includes a base salary of $90000 - $120000 plus a bonus/car allowance and a lot other perks!

THE LOCATION
- The office is located in Markham ON
- The sales territory is GTA including Burlington to Pickering.
- This is an Outside Sales role with a few days a week in the office required during the training period
THE PRODUCT/SERVICE
You will be promoting LG HVAC and related residential products to dealers contractors and building owners with equipment choices. You will be responsible for developing new business as well as strengthening existing customer relationships

PRODUCT & SALES CYCLE
- The average account varies from $150000 - $300000
- Closing cycles vary from 4-6 months
TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES
- Marketing & promotion of LG HVAC residential products
- Promotion of residential products to clients (contractors and building owners)
- Management of client accounts
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary $90000 - $120000 plus bonuses
- First-year OTE of $110000 - $140000

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND
- 3-5 yrs of experience in HVAC
- 5 years of sales experience
EDUCATION
- Post-secondary or professional experience equivalent.
