Job Summary
ProMedica Physicians Group(PPG) is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Providerto join their Adult Medicine Clinic located on the campus of ProMedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo OH.
- Full time position (4-5 days/week)
- Established busy ambulatory clinic located at the Medical Office Building on the campus of Toledo Hospital
- Provides comprehensive medical services following a patient care medical home model
- Currently 2 physicians and 5 APPs
- Call Coverage: weekly rotation and after-hours call
- Clinic hours are M-F 7 am 8 pm (flexibility)

Requirements
- Certificate of Authority to practice.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) CPR certification(s) based on function and patient demographic.
- Current Ohio state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Masters in nursing or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) for NP role or Masters degreefor PA role
