Client Sales Specialist Job Description

As a Client Sales Specialist you will develop maintain and manage your sales pipeline to develop and grow new and existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service. Drive new account growth via prospecting sourcing and account penetration. Effectively utilize Salesforce for client prospection and pipeline management. Must be able to navigate our TMS in order to manage daily operational tasks such as account management invoicing and tracking shipments. The successful candidate will have great energy and focus a passion for sales and a commitment to the growth and success of the company.

Client Sales SpecialistResponsibilities

  • Prospect for leads to build a pipeline including heavy cold-calling
  • Manage accounts retain existing relationships and grow share of business
  • Identify business opportunities for company services
  • Create quotations and sales proposals for company services
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
  • Maintain and update accurate information in the companys operating systems

Client Sales Specialist Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask

  • Legendary customer service skills

  • Work ethic second to none

  • Business-minded with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

  • Industry-related experience preferred but not required
