RPA Developer (Blue Prism / .NET)
Location: Remote (Austin area preferred)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies. This role will focus on architecting developing and supporting Medicaid Business Process Automations in an Agile development environment. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with an understanding of business processes enabling them to deliver scalable automation solutions while supporting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and support Medicaid Business Process Automations using Blue Prism RPA.
- Perform analysis coding and testing on moderate to complex processes in an Agile team environment.
- Integrate Blue Prism SQL and web services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs and ensure solution quality.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning stand-ups reviews retrospectives).
- Provide production support including troubleshooting and resolving complex automation issues.
- Leverage RPA knowledge to promote best practices and drive future automation opportunities.
- Deliver solutions that balance technical efficiency with business needs.
Qualifications
- 45 yearsof hands-on experience with:
- Blue Prism(development and integration).
- RPA design and deploymentin production environments.
- .NET developmentwith strong coding and debugging skills.
- Strong understanding of SQL and integration with web services.
- Experience working within an Agile development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
