Were looking for anElectronic File Analyst to join our Retirement Operations this role you will process contributions of our Canadian Retirement members.
Position Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients by ensuring accurate and timely request fulfillment and act as a key liaison for electronic client files.
- Confidently manage member data across various administrative systems and provide expertise on systems procedures and file specifications.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem resolution collaborating with internal partners to ensure client satisfaction and positive results.
- Manage workload effectively by organizing and prioritizing tasks to consistently meet and exceed service levels while seeking opportunities for process improvements.
- Demonstrate proactive behavior by taking initiative making decisions amidst uncertainty and adhering to key organizational values such as collaboration innovation and ownership
Required Qualifications:
- Open for fresh graduates though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting.
- Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable. This includes familiarity with office management tasks data entry document handling and providing general support to ensure efficient office operations.
- A bachelors degree in any field is required.
- Amenable for fixed night shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Group Retirement Services (Canada Retirement) and familiarity with associated products and MPS systems (MPS AWD) is an asset.
- No attendance issues or disciplinary actions in the past twelve (12) months.
- Relevant experience in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
- Confidence and professionalism in interactions with internal and external customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to responsibly manage sensitive information.
- Proven experience with MS Office with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in a technical role preferably involving the review loading and manipulation of large data files requiring deep analysis and problem-solving skills.
