Job Summary

Type: Permanent Full Time

Monday Friday: 8:30am 5pm

Location: Whakatane

This is a fantastic opportunity that has arisen with our outstanding clients Harvey World Travel Whakatane.

Role involves:

Managing Client files and itineraries from start through until completion
Issuing all relevant travel documentation to clients.
Growing your customer-base as well as maintaining existing clientele.

Ideal Candidate:

Is proficient in Galileo industry software (or equivalent).
Has 1-2 years industry experience as a Retail Travel Consultant.
Stays calm under pressure and works well to deadlines.
Has a strong sales and customer service focus.
Is a team player who is goal oriented.
Has a strong work ethic happy to go the extra mile.
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.
