Job Details
- Maintain good client relations
- Open accounts and refer new products & services when appropriate
- Lead sales efforts by setting goals coaching the team and identifying opportunities
- Maintain an efficient and productive work environment
- Manage all areas of the teams performance
- Identify opportunities for expansion within the market
- Educate & advise clients to assist in meeting their financial goals
- Have a firm understanding of Fortifi Banks products and services
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide seamless service to clients

Qualifications
- Superior client service and communication skills
- Passion for volunteer work & community involvement
- Ability to maintain confidentiality & ethical standards
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Strong leadership & decision making skills
- Proven experience in management or leadership required
- Bachelors or associate degree in business administration or a related field preferred
