Job Summary

Technical and Functional Skills:

Hydraulic Systems Sales Expertise: Proven success in selling a comprehensive range of hydraulic solutions including valves pumps motors cylinders filters systems (hydraulic power units HPU assemblies subsystems) custom manifolds and MFCP build-center solutions. Requires a minimum of five years of field experience with ten years preferred.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Project) for customer communication project updates reporting and training support.
ERP/CRM Knowledge: Possesses or can quickly develop working knowledge of P21 ERP and Tour De Force.
Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid drivers license.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Ability to sit stand walk and drive. Job requires frequent lifting up to 75 pounds stooping reaching above shoulder level pushing pulling constantly walking/standing on cement flooring and climbing ladders as needed.
Work environment may vary including warehouse containing moving equipment fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements office work manufacturing machine shops agricultural operations and any other specific business operations of current or potential customers.
