Job Summary
Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Western Lowbeds you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our specialized and superload transportation services nationwide. You will work closely with our operations team to maintain high standards and meet customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance checks on transportation equipment and vehicles
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate service performance to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or customer complaints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
- Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance best practices
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
- Certifications in quality assurance or related field
Salary & Benefits:
The salary this position ranges from $68000 to $98600 per year depending on qualifications and addition to competitive compensation we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance retirement plans and paid time off.
