About the Role
Infinity Education Group (IEG) is on a mission to transform lives through math. With 32 thriving learning centers across 5 districts and 3 states we provide high-quality personalized learning experiences that empower students to succeed in math. Were now seeking a strategic growth-minded leader to take our regional operations to the next level. This is a senior leadership role that combines operational oversight financial management and people leadership with the mission of driving excellence in education!
The right candidate will bring a passion for kids and math strong business acumen and proven experience leading multi-unit teams in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Provide vision direction and accountability for 5 districts across 3 states encompassing 32 centers.
- P&L Ownership: Direct responsibility for the companys overall profit and loss performance ensuring revenue growth cost control and operational efficiency.
- Team Management:
- Lead and support district managers to drive performance at the center level.
- Oversee the phone team to ensure effective lead management enrollment conversion and customer service excellence.
- Oversee the marketing team ensuring innovative campaigns brand consistency and ROI-driven execution.
- Culture & Mission: Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and passion for student success with a special emphasis on creating a positive learning experience for kids in math.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices streamline systems and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent execution across all centers.
- Growth & Development: Identify opportunities to expand enrollment optimize staffing and drive continuous improvement in educational outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-unit operations (preferably in education franchising or retail).
- Strong financial management skills with direct P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams across functions and geographies.
- Passion for education kids and math with a track record of mission-driven leadership.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business Education or related field (MBA preferred).

- Total Compensation: Up to $180000 per year (base salary performance-based bonuses)
