About the Role

Infinity Education Group (IEG) is on a mission to transform lives through math. With 32 thriving learning centers across 5 districts and 3 states we provide high-quality personalized learning experiences that empower students to succeed in math. Were now seeking a strategic growth-minded leader to take our regional operations to the next level. This is a senior leadership role that combines operational oversight financial management and people leadership with the mission of driving excellence in education!

The right candidate will bring a passion for kids and math strong business acumen and proven experience leading multi-unit teams in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Provide vision direction and accountability for 5 districts across 3 states encompassing 32 centers.
P&L Ownership: Direct responsibility for the companys overall profit and loss performance ensuring revenue growth cost control and operational efficiency.
Team Management:
Lead and support district managers to drive performance at the center level.
Oversee the phone team to ensure effective lead management enrollment conversion and customer service excellence.
Oversee the marketing team ensuring innovative campaigns brand consistency and ROI-driven execution.
Culture & Mission: Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and passion for student success with a special emphasis on creating a positive learning experience for kids in math.
Operational Excellence: Implement best practices streamline systems and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent execution across all centers.
Growth & Development: Identify opportunities to expand enrollment optimize staffing and drive continuous improvement in educational outcomes.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-unit operations (preferably in education franchising or retail).
Strong financial management skills with direct P&L responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams across functions and geographies.
Passion for education kids and math with a track record of mission-driven leadership.
Excellent communication problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Bachelors degree in Business Education or related field (MBA preferred).

Total Compensation: Up to $180000 per year (base salary performance-based bonuses)

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center the franchisee will be your employer not Mathnasium.
