Role Description
Join our Highways Design & Engineering team as an Associate Technical Director where youll lead the delivery of major highways projects manage and mentor a talented team and build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. At Arcadis youll help drive innovation and sustainability working in a collaborative and inclusive environment that empowers you to make a positive impact.
Role Accountabilities
- Lead the successful delivery of complex highways design and engineering projects.
- Manage develop and mentor a diverse team of civil engineering professionals.
- Build strong relationships with clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee project performance including financial quality and safety outcomes.
- Promote a culture of inclusion safety and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to business development.
Qualifications and Experience
- Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) with significant experience in highways or civil engineering.
- Proven track record managing major projects and leading engineering teams.
- Strong client relationship and project management skills.
- Commitment to health safety and sustainable best practices.
- Inclusive leadership style with the ability to mentor and support team growth.
- Excellent communication problem-solving and organisational skills.
