About the Role

As Lead Customer Insights you will play a pivotal role in enabling Suncorp to make effective customer decisions. Youll lead insight-driven engagements that connect customer feedback to strategic operational and financial outcomes. Your work will help shape customer strategy experience initiatives brand planning and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop performance frameworks using customer and market data identifying themes and opportunities.
  • Create and communicate the narrative of customer performance blending qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Identify customer needs and expectations through behavioural observation and feedback analysis.
  • Support planning and prioritisation by understanding customer value drivers.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data requests and enhance performance reporting standards.

What Youll Bring

  • 510 years experience in research analytics or business performance roles leveraging qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Strong background in primary and secondary research data triangulation and market context analysis.
  • Proficiency in handling large datasets statistical analysis and coding languages.
  • Relevant degree in Economics Behavioural Sciences Maths/Statistics or similar (desired).

  • Strategic thinker with a curious and forward-looking mindset.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to translate insights into business outcomes.
  • High proficiency in statistical techniques and data visualisation (e.g. regression multivariate analysis data storytelling).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with a sense of urgency and ownership.
