• You believe in the value of athletics as a means to teach and model the principles of fair play teamwork good sportsmanship effort and self-improvement.
• You have the knowledge and experience to teach cheerleading skills lead practices and conditioning for individuals and a team.
• You are passionate about the area that you are coaching and have knowledge and experience with choreography and cheers.
• You are eager to develop your students love for it too.
• You are professional responsible and collaborative with students families and colleagues.
• You are able to start immediately.

WHAT IS THE ROLE

• Ensure compliance with the rules regulations and expectations of the CIF and BACSAC.
• Oversee all practices and games and supervise the athletes in their use of all facilities.
• Responsible for the care issuing collection storage and inventory of all equipment and

uniforms used in the program.

• Submit to the AD a complete cleared roster of team members and full season schedule.
• Assist in the prevention and care of injuries.
• Follow the appropriate procedures for budget purchasing and transportation.
• Ensure that all school disciplinary policies are followed.
• Act as liaison between the school and parents AD and Leadership.
• Coordinate any banquets awards or honors with the Athletic Director.
• Maintain a relationship with athletes based on mutual respect and trust.
