- You believe in the value of athletics as a means to teach and model the principles of fair play teamwork good sportsmanship effort and self-improvement.
- You have the knowledge and experience to teach cheerleading skills lead practices and conditioning for individuals and a team.
- You are passionate about the area that you are coaching and have knowledge and experience with choreography and cheers.
- You are eager to develop your students love for it too.
- You are professional responsible and collaborative with students families and colleagues.
- You are able to start immediately.
WHAT IS THE ROLE
- Ensure compliance with the rules regulations and expectations of the CIF and BACSAC.
- Oversee all practices and games and supervise the athletes in their use of all facilities.
- Responsible for the care issuing collection storage and inventory of all equipment and
uniforms used in the program.
- Submit to the AD a complete cleared roster of team members and full season schedule.
- Assist in the prevention and care of injuries.
- Follow the appropriate procedures for budget purchasing and transportation.
- Ensure that all school disciplinary policies are followed.
- Act as liaison between the school and parents AD and Leadership.
- Coordinate any banquets awards or honors with the Athletic Director.
- Maintain a relationship with athletes based on mutual respect and trust.
