ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
THE ROLE
Under general direction provides general administrative support to the City Clerk and other staff within the department including scheduling filing correspondence and performing tasks related to passport services archives and records retention and public records requests. Ensures compliance with legal requirements for records management and provides excellent customer service to the public. Assist in maintaining accurate records processing documentation and in the coordination of city-wide records management programs.
