What you will do:
Growth:
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
- Monitor conversion funnels from impression to enrollment completion
- Execute A/B testing and analyze marketing experiments
- Track qualified lead generation metrics (MQLs and SQLs)
- Analyze user behavior and build end-to-end reporting to track it
- Map customer journey and identify optimization opportunities
Marketing:
- Conduct cohort analysis for different marketing segments
- Analyze performance across channels (Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn SEO email marketing)
- Create attribution models to understand channel impact
- Help marketing and sales departments to sync by clarifying pyramid of metrics
- Support remarketing and nurturing strategies with data-driven insights
- Create visualizations for ROI ROAS CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value)
- Present actionable insights for budget and strategy optimization
- Develop and maintain daily marketing campaign dashboards using Tableau

- 3 years of experience in Data Analytics specifically in Marketing Growth or Product fields
- Advanced English
- Expertise in Tableau (dashboard creation calculated fields parameters actions)
- Proficiency in SQL or Python for marketing data extraction and manipulation
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (RD Station HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Knowledge of digital campaign analysis and performance metrics
