Compensation: $1500 $1800 USD/month (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Media Assistant to support our digital marketing team in executing and managing social media advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience across major paid platforms who thrives in a fast-moving collaborative environment. The Paid Media Assistant will play a critical part in ensuring ads are set up accurately client communications are prompt and campaign documentation is seamless.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up ads across self-service platforms including Meta TikTok Snapchat and Google Ads.
Prepare proofs screenshots and review documents for client and internal approval.
Manage internal and client-facing email correspondence ensuring timely responses.
Collaborate with team members to optimize campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
Provide ongoing support to the marketing team with reporting and performance insights.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

2 5 years of experience with paid social platforms (Meta TikTok Snapchat; Google Ads a plus).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in creating structured documentation (proofs screenshots campaign records).
Proficiency in MS Powerpoint and Excel
Ability to work U.S. hours and stay responsive in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with additional ad platforms or marketing automation tools.
Experience in a fast-paced agency or marketing environment.
Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance metrics.

Compensation & Career Path

Mid-level: $1500 $1600/month
Senior/Expert level: $1700 $1800/month
Compensation will be based on skills and experience with preference for candidates at the mid-to-senior level who can contribute immediately and grow into expanded responsibilities.
