About the Role:
We are seeking a Documentation Analyst with exceptional skills in visual storytelling and presentation design. The role focuses on translating conceptual discussions around data architecture systems and processes into clear visually engaging diagrams and executive-level presentations. This position is less about designing the architecture itself and more about effectively documenting organizing and communicating complex ideas in a concise compelling manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert conceptual design discussions into well-structured data flow and architecture diagrams.
Create high-quality executive presentations using PowerPoint with strong visual impact.
Collaborate with architects analysts and business stakeholders to ensure documentation accurately reflects intent and is easy to understand.
Maintain consistency clarity and professional standards in all diagrams and documentation.
Ensure deliverables are tailored for both technical and executive audiences.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in documentation analysis visual communication or related roles.
Expert-level PowerPoint skills with a portfolio of professional presentations preferred.
Strong knowledge of tools for diagramming (e.g. Visio Lucidchart Miro or equivalent).
Exceptional attention to detail organization and layout design.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
