Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield IL.
Were looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our HR Technology this role youll support and enhance our HR systems through analyses configuration testing troubleshooting and process improvements. While we use Workday and Smart Recruiters we welcome candidates with experience in other HR or payroll systems who are eager to learn and excited to grow their Workday skills. System modules include human capital management absence timekeeping talent learning compensation payroll and benefits. Additionally you may provide end-user support including job aids and training on HR systems and/or processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure maintain and troubleshoot HR system functionality
- Identify system challenges and recommend enhancements that support business goals
- Support HR system projects including acquisitions and new module rollouts
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to evaluate and improve business processes designs
- Create and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards
- Provide end-user support including job aids training materials and communications
- Review test and validate system updates upgrades and new functionality
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g. payroll HR Business Partners) to ensure they are supported in their use of HR systems
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science Human Resources or a related subject or equivalent experience required.
- Working knowledge and previous experience with HR/Payroll data and systems. Prior experience with Workday is strongly preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) including a strong understanding and experience with database spreadsheet and report writing tools.
- 3 years of experience perferred with HRIS software

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
