Position: Performance Engineers

Duration: 12-18 Month Contract

Locations: Charlotte NC or Plano TX(Hybrid Onsite 3x a Week)

LoadRunner: Ability to simulate user activity and measure system behavior under stress.

Dynatrace: Skilled in using Dynatrace for test execution control and outcome analysis.

Familiarity with middleware databases and web technologies used in midrange systems.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Execute performance load and functional testing using JMeter LoadRunner and Dynatrace.
Gather performance and capacity requirements from application teams and stakeholders.
Conduct iterative rounds of testing analysis and optimization based on feedback.
Analyze system behavior under load and compare actual outcomes with predicted results.
Generate detailed performance reports and communicate findings to development and infrastructure teams.
Collaborate with developers QA and infrastructure teams to implement performance improvements.
Support scalability planning and contribute to capacity management efforts.
Ensure testing aligns with regulatory risk and compliance standards.
