Seeking an experienced Data Lead with strong expertise in database management data architecture reporting and process optimization. This role will be responsible for designing organizing and streamlining data systems and processes to ensure accuracy efficiency and scalability across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will combine technical depth with strategic thinking leading efforts to align data architecture with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design implementation and maintenance of databases schemas and reporting structures.
Define and enforce data architecture standards to ensure scalability consistency and performance.
Organize and optimize systems processes and workflows to improve data quality access and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable data solutions.
Develop and oversee data governance practices ensuring compliance and security across all systems.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members ensuring best practices are followed.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data models data pipelines and reporting.

Qualifications:

8 years of experience as a Data Lead Data Architect or similar role.
Strong knowledge of databases schema design and reporting frameworks.
Expertise in data modeling integration and process optimization.
Ability to design and optimize workflows and data processes for efficiency.
Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business needs.
Experience with data governance compliance and best practices.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with large-scale data environments.
Familiarity with reporting and analytics methods.
Experience working in structured project or program environments.
