Job Description:
- Lead requirement gathering and solution design for investment advisory client onboarding and portfolio platforms.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across product compliance and technology to align business goals with digital capabilities.
- Analyse client behaviour product performance and operational data to support strategic decisions.
- Oversee UAT change management and post-deployment reviews for key initiatives.
- Contribute to regulatory and risk assessments related to wealth products and platforms.
Skills:
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among senior stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-impact projects.
- Ability to influence strategic direction through data-driven insights and business acumen.
Qualification:
- Bachelors/Masters in Finance Business or related field.
- 10 20 years of experience in business analysis with strong experience in wealth management or private banking.
- Deep understanding of advisors/RIAs engagements reporting and experience.
- Deep understanding of investment products client lifecycle and digital platforms.
- Overall understanding of capital markets in general.
- Good technology orientation understanding of data and data base concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management communication and analytical skills.
- Exposure to Agile delivery data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau) and CRM platforms.
