Job Location: Gurugram Sector 76
Department: Supply Chain / Logistics
Reports To: Lead : Logistics Operation
Job Purpose:
The Warehouse C Logistics Operation Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations with strong adherence to SAP transactions GDP (Good Distribution Practices) and GxP compliances. The role requires a fair knowledge of pharma warehouse management logistics execution and records management ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inbound outbound and inventory operations ensuring compliance with GDP C GxP requirements.
- Execute warehouse s logistics transactions in SAP including GRN material movements stock reconciliations and dispatch updates.
- Ensure cold chain and temperature-controlled handling of pharmaceutical products as per regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor 3PL/transportation partners to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to service-level agreements.
- Maintain documentation and records management (SOPs logbooks shipment records deviation reports) as per pharma compliance norms.
- Conduct cycle counts stock audits and reconciliation to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support in regulatory inspections customer audits and internal quality checks
related to warehouse and logistics.
- Ensure HSE (Health Safety s Environment) standards are followed in warehouse operations.
- Drive process improvements for cost optimization accuracy and compliance adherence.
