Job Summary

Job Title : Developer (C# Oracle PL/SQL SOA/WCF BizTalk Healthcare HIPAA)

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Proficient in developing and maintaining applications using Microsoft Visual Studio with C# and/or .
Skilled in working with Oracle 11g or higher including writing and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL queries updates stored procedures functions and cursors.
Hands-on experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of web services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) message processing and leveraging an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
Strong ability to interpret and analyze business requirements and implement corresponding logic within application code to meet functional needs.
Experienced in BizTalk configuration and deployment (BizTalk 2010 or later) within multi-server environments.
Background in coding and maintaining applications handling healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA regulations and protection of PHI (Protected Health Information).
Proficient with Git for version control and collaborative development.
