Role Summary
Were looking for someone who is hands-on in managing survey operations while also actively engaging in business development. The right person will be equally comfortable in the field managing teams and ensuring quality deliverables as they are in front of clients selling our capabilities and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand our Survey Division with a focus on midstream pipeline and facility projects.
- Actively develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
- Oversee survey project execution ensuring quality safety and efficiency.
- Build mentor and grow a high-performing survey team.
- Work closely with company leadership to develop strategic plans and hit growth targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in survey operations (pipeline and midstream preferred).
- Strong business development skills with a track record of winning work.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a business unit.
- Excellent leadership communication and client-facing skills.
