Job Description
Job Title: AI Technology Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Technology Manager to oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure our AI initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects (from research, prototyping, to production deployment).

Oversee teams of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.

Define and implement AI/ML strategies, standards, and best practices.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.

Provide technical direction on architecture, model selection, and deployment pipelines.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.

3+ years of leadership or management experience.

Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in deploying large-scale AI solutions in production.

Knowledge of generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI.
