Job Title: AI Technology Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Technology Manager to oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure our AI initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects (from research, prototyping, to production deployment).

• Oversee teams of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers.

• Define and implement AI/ML strategies, standards, and best practices.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines.

• Provide technical direction on architecture, model selection, and deployment pipelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles.

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in deploying large-scale AI solutions in production.

• Knowledge of generative AI, NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

• Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI.
