Job Description

Technical Knowledge & Skills Deep understanding of electrical panel manufacturing standards (e.g. IEC IS UL) Experience with: Power Distribution Boards (PDB) Control Panels MCC PCC APFC AutoCAD EPLAN or similar electrical design software Knowledge of electronic components schematics wiring diagrams Understanding of PLC SCADA HMI systems (for automation-focused roles) Production & Process Management Skills Production Planning and Control (PPC) Manpower management and shop floor supervision Experience in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma 5S Managing Bill of Materials (BOM) inventory and material procurement Ability to handle ISO standards audits and quality control processes Regulatory & Safety Compliance Familiarity with: Electrical safety codes and industrial regulations EHS (Environment Health & Safety) standards CE/UL/ROHS compliances (for export) Soft Skills & Leadership Strong team management and leadership qualities Excellent communication and coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Strong focus on deadlines and cost control Experience 9-12 years of experience in electrical/electronics production Prior work in electrical panel manufacturing units or electronics assembly lines
