Job Summary
| Technical Knowledge & Skills |
| Deep understanding of electrical panel manufacturing standards (e.g. IEC IS UL) |
| Experience with: |
| Power Distribution Boards (PDB) Control Panels MCC PCC APFC |
| AutoCAD EPLAN or similar electrical design software |
| Knowledge of electronic components schematics wiring diagrams |
| Understanding of PLC SCADA HMI systems (for automation-focused roles) |
| Production & Process Management Skills |
| Production Planning and Control (PPC) |
| Manpower management and shop floor supervision |
| Experience in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma 5S |
| Managing Bill of Materials (BOM) inventory and material procurement |
| Ability to handle ISO standards audits and quality control processes |
| Regulatory & Safety Compliance |
| Familiarity with: |
| Electrical safety codes and industrial regulations |
| EHS (Environment Health & Safety) standards |
| CE/UL/ROHS compliances (for export) |
