Western star trading as Measuredability ) is currently seeking a dynamic Labour Broker to join our Johannesburgteam.
Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic Labour Broker Consultant who is passionate about Business Development to consistently grow generate and retain new business. Goal orientated and dedicated to high levels of customer service.
Experience
Experience in Labour Brokering/or similar related industry
New Business Development through telesales canvassing and cold calling to provide consultative staffing solutions to clients.
Preparation of Client Proposals
Conducting of Sales presentations to prospective clients
Strong closing skills are required
Exceptional customer service and client relationship management
Client retention and upselling on existing business
Experience in HR/IR will be an advantage
Knowledge of current labour legislation
Own Vehicle is essential
Salary
