Executive Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Execute seamless end-to-end operations ensuring resource optimization and adherence to operational targets

• Closely coordinate with Internal & external stake holders to ensure flawless operation.

• Lead and mentor the operations team towards achieving excellence while managing client contracts effectively

• Execute operational strategies in line with business goals ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to address and resolve client complaints promptly ensuring seamless operation of the companys complaint management system.

• Conduct regular reviews with clients and suppliers to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Lead process optimization efforts by identifying root causes of non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions

• Reconcile inventories to system records by carrying out cycle counts

• Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including clients vendors shipping lines BOI SL Customs and service providers.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or relevant qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain Management

• 6 passes at GCE or London O/L & minimum 2 passes for A/L s or UGC approved A/L equivalent foundation course

• Minimum 03-year service experience relating to Logistics & Supply Chain

• Good command of English both written and verbal.
• Strong Leadership Skills
