Job Description
We recognize that current employees are likely to refer only those individuals best suited to work at our company and therefore we wish to reward them for their referral efforts.

Do I need to know the candidate personally
- No It is not mandatory that you know the candidate personally. The referral could be a 3rd Degree connection as well
Who owns thereferral claimin case there are multiple sources of claim
- In case there is a double representation than onesource simultaneously claiming ownership ownership will move to the first source representing the candidate. No vendor bias or employee bias.
Who does this policy apply to
- Irrespective of Geo (US UK AUS INDIA): This referral bonus wouldnotbe provided for employees with designations as Director and above. Everyone else is covered under this policy.
Can I refer for positions based in other geographical locations
- Any Whatfix employees can refer for any open position globally
Is there any cap on the number of referrals an employee can make
- No.
Would I still get paid in case my referral is hired at a later time or gets hired for another position
- Whatfix shall honor the referral bonus payout to the employee as stipulated in point 2 of Policy Elements if the referred candidate is hired by Whatfix within a period of 6 months from the referral date of the said candidate.
Can I get a referral bonus if I refer a contractor or an intern or when the said employee conversion to a full-time employee
- No you would not be eligible for a referral bonus for interns or a contractor or in the event of conversion of the intern or contractor to a full-time employee.
