Job Description
- Creating a positive Brand Image /awareness of Shpowatiin the minds of new prospective clients (Fashion DesignerS)
- Candidate has to visitevery kind of Fashionestablishment and educate them how Shopwatiis beneficial for them.
- Contact customers (cold Calling) to offer or persuade them to purchase the services.
- Explains advantages and features of service being sold to stimulate customers interest.
- Candidate will be given a particular area/territory for working- wherein he will have to visit all sorts of business establishments ( small to big) meet the customers make an entry of complete details of their business
- Establishment and pitch about signing up with Shopwatiand thus convert those prospects to customers
- Answer customers questions pertaining to service being offered.
Desired Competencies
Knowledge-
- Basic knowledge of methods involved in showing promoting and selling products or services.
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- English and Regional Language.
- They should have fair idea about local locations or areas
Skills-
- Talking to customers to effectively convey information.
- Judging Customer Behaviour and accordingly moulding the sales pitch
- Interview/interaction with customer to ascertain and evaluate needs and wishes of customer.
- Listening to what Customer is saying and asking questions as appropriate
- The ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer.
Attitude-
- Sales strategies and tactics product demonstration and sales techniques
- The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand
- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
Experience-
- Front Line Sales or Cold Calling sales experience would be an added advantage.
Compensation
- 1.8-2.40 lacs pa Incentives
