The ideal candidate for this role has min. 2 years of Front Office/Reservations supervisory experience excellent communication skills is a team player and has and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Bostons most iconic hotel and grow within the hospitality industry.
Shift Pattern: Typical schedule will be Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM with flexibility to work some weekends when needed.

What will I be doing
Oversees the efficient operation of the reservations department and the group reservation process to accommodate guest needs and maximize revenue.
Interviews trains supervises counsels schedules and evaluates staff.
Processes group reservation information including rooming lists suites resumes and billing requirements.
Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners Housing Bureaus Meetings and Conventions and Front Office.
Processes reservation request calls as appropriate assists internal and external customers.
Coordinates and implements department activities and projects. Provides clerical support and assistance to management
