As a Staff Accountant youll help drive Concora Credits Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit every single day.
The impact youll have at Concora Credit:
Youll be a key contributor to the accounting function ensuring the Companys financial health is accurately represented and well-managed. By combining technical expertise relevant experiences and attention to detail this position will play a vital role in safeguarding financial integrity supporting compliance and enabling the leadership to make informed strategic decisions.
This position is located at our Beaverton OR office and has a hybrid schedule. Were onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities
As our Staff Accountant you will:
- Be heavily involved in the month-end close for multiple entities
- Manage the general ledger to ensure the recording of financial transactions
- Prepare journal entries
- Reconcile accounts
- Be a backup for other Team Members

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance economics or a related field
- 3-5 years of accounting experience preferably in a combination of public accounting and the private sector
- Proven experience in general ledger: strong experience in preparing and managing general ledger entries monthly closings and account reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills to be able to analyze financial data identify trends and identify accounting issues
- Attention to details
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks
- Communication skills to be able to work with other departments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure during the month-end close
Preferred Requirements:
- CPA or pursuing a CPA certification
- Experience in preparing financial reports
- Experience working in taxes or willing to learn corporate tax matters
- Experience in financial services finance or banking industries
- Proficiency in NetSuite and financial reporting tools and aptitude for technology
