Job Summary
Job title : Process Engineer

Process design Chemical plant design PFD P&ID Plant engineering Chemical Engineer.
Should have worked as a Process Engineer for industrial plants (Chemical Agrochemical Pharmaceutical Fine chemicals Specialty chemicals Food & Beverages)
Work experience in Surfactant making plant would be more preferred.
Ability to prepare and understand PFD P&IDs mass & energy balance calculation hydraulic calculations
Understand basic chemical engineering fundamentals like heat transfer fluid mechanics solid handling mass transfer etc.
Should be able to specify process plant equipment and hands on experience in selection of equipment as per project requirement
Powder handling equipment sizing and design experience is an added advantage
Should be able to specify pump heat exchanger tank and other equipment independently
Experience in selection of safety devices and process safety management activities
Previous work experience in sanitary piping & process systems would be a plus
Conversant with MS office application is must
Familiarity in working in AutoCAD will be added advantage.
Familiarity with AFT Fathom AFT Arrow and any other hydraulic calculation software will be added advantage
Qualification
Engineering - Chemical (BE / /BS/MS)

Compensación: $100000.00 - $110000.00 per year
