Job Description
Position: License Clinical Social Worker - Adults
Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only) Washington license required
Compensation: Starting at $75000/year
Schedule: Flexible within MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST (40 hrs/wk) potential for 10-hour shifts

At Iris Telehealth were on a mission to expand access to exceptional mental health care while supporting our clinicians with meaningful work flexible schedules and a collaborative values-driven environment. Were currently seeking a full-time LCSW to provide virtual therapy services for patients ages 18 through one of our Washington-based outpatient partners.
What Youll Do
As part of a collaborative well-supported care team youll:
Conduct initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
Provide therapy to patients (ages 18) with moderate acuity and diagnoses including depression anxiety bipolar disorder and PTSD.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including peer support staff psychiatry crisis services case management early psychosis treatment program developmental disabilities office and more.

Setting: 100% Remote Washington-based outpatient FQHC
Schedule: flexible within MondayFriday 8:00 AM 6:00 PM PST potential for 10-hour shifts
Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations 60 minutes for follow-up appointments

Qualifications:
2 years of experience as an independently LCSW - Washington license required
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during PST hours.
Proven experience in providing therapy services with at least 2 years of experience
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
Must have passed ASWB examination
Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Epic is a plus!)
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
