THE ROLE
Provide traditional therapies within the beauty massage and wellness industry including massage facials headspa body treatments and therapeutic services
Conduct thorough consultations to analyse client concerns and create curated treatment plans incorporating regular treatments and home care.
Self-motivated and disciplined to conduct a high-end guest journey from reception guest welcome treatment offerings and guest checkout.
Work within a team of like-minded individuals to deliver exceptional service and maintain a clean safe workplace.
Collaborate and join educational sessions to improve industry knowledge and quality of service through goal setting and personal development training.
THE REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa hotel or resort environment with expertise in delivering a range of treatments including massages facials body treatments is highly regarded.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to create a warm welcoming and relaxing environment.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of guest service.
Previous experience working with a spa booking system (e.g. Book4Time) is advantageous.
Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and public holidays.
Must have valid Australian Working Rights.
