About the role M te tranga mahi
The Learning Content Developer is responsible for producing high-quality engaging learning materials that support capability development across ACC. This role focuses on the development and delivery of learning content ensuring materials are clear accessible and aligned with learning objectives and organisational standards. Working closely with Learning Designers and subject matter experts the Learning Developer ensures content accuracy consistency and a positive learning experience for our kaimahi.
- Secondment through to 30 June 2026
- Open to Christchurch Hamilton Wellington
- Qualification in adult learning digital media instructional technology or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in tools such as Articulate and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience working with subject matter experts and project teams to develop content based on clear guidance or specifications.
- Understanding of modern adult learning principles accessibility and UI/UX
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound understanding and demonstrated leadership of the application of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

The salary range for this role is $85037 $120052 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal team relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
