Job Summary

Were looking for a Digital Content Manager to lead the execution of online campaigns maintain high-quality web content and optimise on-site user experience (UX). Youll manage the design workflow coordinate with internal teams and external agencies and focus on driving conversion ensuring content accuracy and delivering campaigns on time. This role is both strategic and hands-on giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on JBs online performance.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Execute online campaigns and website updates.
  • Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain CMS content with accuracy and brand compliance.
  • Manage the Designers workload and workflow ensuring timely delivery of assets.
  • Quality-assure all web and campaign assets before launch.
  • Analyse user behaviour using Microsoft Clarity and provide actionable UX insights.
  • Optimise Algolia search in collaboration with the AU Online Content Team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on SEO Paid Ads assets and creative outputs.
  • Coordinate with the Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to align messaging across campaigns.
  • Provide analytics and reporting on campaigns UX and site content.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years experience in digital content management eCommerce or online merchandising.
  • Strong understanding of website optimisation conversion and UX principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify CMS platforms (Contentful preferred) Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Microsoft Clarity Algolia and Google Analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Collaborative and proactive with experience working cross-functionally with merchandising marketing and creative teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality accurate and brand-compliant content.
  • Sales-focused and results-driven with a proven ability to optimise content to improve conversion.
