Job Summary
Seeking PEOPLE people! Innovative Staff Solutions is growing and we are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Recruiting Center Specialist on our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Mattoon IL office. As a Recruiting Center Specialist you will be an essential part of pairing qualified candidates together with our valued customers!
Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills a positive attitude and enjoy a progressive people-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
Phone screen and process candidates for available job opportunities.
Process backgrounds checks.
Document valid information when conducting reference verifications.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Able to work as a team to accomplish daily tasks.
Able to multi-task and keep a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Customer service experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Detail oriented organized and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
High energy with the ability to sit at a computer and make continuous phone calls.
Professional phone etiquette
Highly dependable and able to work Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm with overtime as needed.
