Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3 years supervisory experience required
Preferred:
- Supervision of 10 direct reports
- Clinical office experience
Responsibilities:
- Keeps customers informed by explaining all tasks processes and procedures
- Monitors workflow and ensures adequate coverage of level 2 practice
- Interviews applicants in conjunction with HR and ADRO/ DRO to assure that open positions are filled in a timely manner by qualified candidates
- Ensures staff compliance with policies and procedures and external regulatory agencies of level 2 practice
- Holds staff accountable for policy and procedure violations addressing any performance or conduct issues in a timely consistent manner
- Ensures patient balances are collected at time of service and payments are posted according to practice protocol
- Coaches and counsels employees of level 2 practice
- Conducts staff and provider meetings on a scheduled basis to address issues and provide updates
