What Well Bring:
QA Engineer with 35 years of experience in software testing including hands-on expertise in automation and test management tools.What Youll Bring:
- Design develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium Cypress or similar.
- Manage and maintain test cases and test plans using test management tools such as JIRA TestRail or Zephyr.
- Perform functional regression integration and performance testing.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify document and track bugs and issues through to resolution.
- Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to best practices in testing and automation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Impact Youll Make:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 35 years of experience in software QA with a strong focus on automation.
- Proficiency in automation tools (e.g. Selenium Cypress Playwright).
- Experience with test management platforms (e.g. JIRA TestRail Zephyr).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
